1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of zylostays.com during pre-launch. The website is run by ZyloStays, a sole proprietorship registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and based at Scheme 33, Karachi East, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Pre-launch status

• ZyloStays is not officially live. We are not accepting bookings, deposits or payments of any kind through this website or any other channel.
• If anyone asks you to pay an advance for a ZyloStays listing, it is not us. Do not pay, and report it to us on WhatsApp at +92 322 2859675.
• We may change, pause or remove any part of the website at any time.

3. Preview listings

The seven rooms on this website are preview listings that show how the platform will work.

• Prices are indicative and may change before a listing opens for booking.
• Room pictures are AI-generated sample images that show the kind of view and area. They are not photos of the actual property. The host's own photos are added when a listing goes live.
• Availability is not guaranteed, and a preview listing is not an offer that you can accept.

4. How the platform will work at launch

This section is a summary for information. It does not bind you or us until the launch terms are published and you accept them when you create an account.

• Marketplace. ZyloStays connects guests with hosts. The agreement for a stay is between the guest and the host. ZyloStays is not the owner or landlord of any listed property.
• Fees. Guests pay a service fee of 7% of the booking subtotal. Hosts pay a commission of 3% of the booking subtotal, with 0% for a host's first 90 days. All fees are shown before payment.
• Length of stay. Bookings are from 1 night to 28 nights.
• Payments. Guests pay in Pakistani rupees at the time of booking, through our payment gateway PayFast. ZyloStays holds the payment and releases it to the host 24 hours after check-out. See the Service delivery and protected payment policy.
• Host security deposit. Hosts keep a security deposit of Rs 50,000 with ZyloStays, paid at once or in instalments, as set out in the Service delivery and protected payment policy.
• Cancellations. Each listing uses a Flexible, Moderate or Strict cancellation option, shown on the listing and at checkout. Moderate applies if the host hasn't chosen one. See the Cancellation and refund policy.
• Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Hosts must verify their identity with a CNIC and have the right to let the property.

5. Using the website

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

• copy the site's content or design for commercial use without our permission;
• try to interfere with the website's security or operation;
• use our name, logo or listings to mislead anyone or to collect money from them.

6. Our name and content

The ZyloStays name, the Z logo, and the text and images on this website belong to ZyloStays. You may share links to our pages. Any other use needs our written permission.

7. Accuracy and liability

We try to keep this website accurate, but during pre-launch some information may be incomplete or change without notice. Nothing on this website limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Pakistani law, including your rights under consumer protection law, and nothing here limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@zylostays.com so we can try to resolve it. You can also go to a consumer court or any competent court at any time, and nothing in these terms prevents you from doing so. Subject to that, the courts at Karachi have jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these terms

We will replace these terms with full platform terms before bookings open. We may also update these pre-launch terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
