When do I get a refund?

We start it within 24 hours of a cancellation, and it usually reaches you within 5 to 10 business days. See how refunds are paid.

What if the host cancels?

You get 100% back, including the service fee, and we help you rebook. See if the host cancels.

When does the host get paid?

ZyloStays holds your payment and releases it to the host 24 hours after check-out. See how your payment is protected.

How do I pay?

Through the PayFast checkout, using the methods it shows. Never pay a host directly. See payments.

Who can see my CNIC?

Only our verification team. Everyone else sees a verified badge. See identity documents.

How long can I stay?

From 1 night up to 28 nights per booking. See length of stay.
